Dinesh is a Senior Global Marketing Executive with demonstrated success at executing global and regional marketing strategies in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and Retail with a proven record of accomplishment for delivering growth and profitability in challenging conditions. In his recent role as the Chief Representative Officer at Avon Products, he was instrumental in the turnaround of Avon’s $1 billion in sales North American operations, which is now owned by a prominent PE firm, from a $50mill loss to profitability in one year. Dinesh was responsible for all representative and customer-facing activities and the company’s adoption of Digital to enrich the experience of Representatives and Customers. Prior to this role, he led a global marketing team in successfully implementing a $500 million global transformation of Avon’s service model. Earlier as part of Avon’s EMEA leadership team, he helped deliver growth of over $1 billion in profitable sales. He has extensive experience in marketing strategy and transformation, product positioning, pricing, brand development, go-to-market strategies, digital UX interface and automation. He can convert business and marketing strategies into operational plans for B2B and B2C markets that have digitally-savvy consumers who are demanding richer customer experiences.
